Pamela Anderson Has Promised To Have A Pint Of Guinness With Enda Kenny – On One Condition

Sarah

Former Baywatch star Pamela Anderson has promised Taoiseach Enda Kenny that she’ll share a pint of the black stuff with him – on one condition.

He must support a Prohibition of Wild Animals in Circuses Bill and end wild animal circuses nationwide in Ireland.

Pamela sent him a letter on Monday, writing that the animals in circuses in Ireland never benefited from “the luck of the Irish” and were denied “everything that is natural and important to them”.

According the The Irish Times, she also says in the letter that she is calling on the Irish Government to join the “ever-growing list of countries that have banished this archaic form of so-called entertainment”.

Pamela says that she would really love to visit our green isle, and would “raise a glass of Guinness (I hear it’s vegan now!)” with Enda Kenny when she does.

Wild animals have been banned so far in circuses in Arklow, Dublin city, Galway, Kildare town, Monaghan and Waterford, say Peta (People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals).

Pamela Anderson, who is a long-time animal rights supporter, was named Peta’s person of the year in 2016.

We wonder if Enda Kenny will agree to the deal? He might just be a Baywatch fan…
