Police in Wales have issued an urgent appeal over a missing Mum and her three children.
According to Independent.ie Kelly Lloyd (35) and her young children recently travelled by boat from Wales to Belfast.
Police said in a statement:
“We are urgently trying to locate Kelly Lloyd (35) and her three children.
“They are high risk missing persons from Wales.
“They recently travelled by boat to Belfast but could now be anywhere in Ireland.”

They also specified that the family may be accompanied by a man named Stuart Handley.
Anyone who has seen Ms Lloyd and her children is urged by the PSNI to phone 101 ref 884.
