We all got a bit of a shock over the weekend when an unfamiliar liquid known as "rain" started falling out of the sky.
While it will clearly take us a while to get over the the confusion and trauma, it might be something we're just going to have to get used to.
According to Met Éireann, the next three days will all have their fair amount of the wet stuff and it's set to become 'persistent and heavy on Wednesday.'
It's not all bad though with 'sunnier conditions' set to make a return by Thursday and temperatures hitting 24 degrees before more settled conditions take hold by the weekend.
Sure ya wouldn't know what to be wearing at all. A more detailed outlook on the week's weather can be found here.
