A new study from Oxford University has found that drinking in moderation with friends seems improve overall health.
The study found that people who drank regularly at their local pub were happier and more content, more satisfied with life, more socially engaged and had more mates!

While we’ve always been warned against the dangers of over-consumption of alcohol researchers say that drink may play an important role in improving social cohesion by triggering endorphins which increase happiness and promote bonding.
