And it looks like the powers-that-be have turned to the Emerald Isle to source all three for next week’s show – as the incredible Saoirse Ronan is set to present the award-winning late night programme, with U2 by her side providing the tunes.

Ronan joins the ranks of Tom Hanks, Cameron Diaz and Alec Baldwin who’ve also presented the show throughout the years.
Ronan’s debut SNL hosting gig is set to air December 2 on NBC.
