You and your mates fancy yourselves as ballers? Can you see yourselves strutting your stuff in the spiritual home of football? Keep reading.

They’re looking for teams of five to seven players but if you’re interested take note as there’s a catch. This isn’t five-a-side as you know it. The rules are as follows:

  • Five Vs Five players
  • Aged between 16 and 25
  • Two players can be older than 25
  • You score a goal, the other team loses a player
  • A game lasts 10 minutes or until one team has no players left

So the more goals you score, the fewer opponents you face which wills urely make life easier. I mean, Ireland did beat a ridiculously talented Nethelands side with only 10 men back in 2001, but hey, that was a once off.

The great news is the winners will get to represent Ireland at the world finals in Brazil this summer. How amazing would that be?

Last year, over 10,000 teams took part worldwide and over 2,000 competed in the Northen Ireland tournament.

You can register at NeymarJrsFive.com.

Reckon you have what it takes? Gather your mates and get training.
