Just over three months after the 2020 Six Nations campaign concluded, the 2021 edition will get underway on Saturday, February 6.
This will be Andy Farrell’s second Six Nations as head coach of Ireland and he will be hoping that unlike last year, it goes ahead without too much disruption. Ireland got off to a decent start last year with wins over Scotland and Wales before a humbling defeat by England on February 23. That was to be all the Six Nations rugby they’d play before Covid-19 restrictions kicked in, finishing the tournament in October with a win over Italy and a defeat to France in Paris on Halloween night.
This year, with knowledge of coronavirus behind us, it’s hoped that the Six Nations campaign can conclude as normal in the spring, albeit without any fans in attendance. Ireland will be hoping to better last year’s third place finish but it won’t be easy with England and France both looking good and Wales and Scotland always carrying a threat.
Still, it’ll be nice to have something to plan our weekends around and below you’ll find every Ireland Six Nations fixture for the 2021 campaign, with all games being screened live on Virgin Media One.
