This Cork Pub Has Made Permission Slips So Punters Can Watch The Six Nations

James Fenton

Six Nations season is just around the corner and can only mean one thing – feck loads of day drinking.

With that in mind, Cork pub The Temple Inn has devised permission slips so rugby fans can watch all the Ireland games without the guilt of having a loved one waiting patiently at home for their return.

The Ballintemple boozer has kindly made permission slips for both lads and ladies with the fellas’ version reading as follows:

Sixpermis

While the altogether simpler ladies’ version looks like this:

Sixpermis2

Everything clear?

Of course, it’s all in good fun and anyone who drops in a completed permission slip before the Six Nations starts on February 4 will be entered into a draw to win a three course lunch with a glass of wine for two people once the tournament is finished.

Time is running out so you better get scribbling, folks.
