These two legends jumped out of a feckin helicopter beside the Cliffs of Moher in the ultimate warm up for this weekend's Red Bull cliff diving in Inis Mór.

England's Blake Aldridge and Australian Rhiannan Iffland flung themselves out of the aircraft and wheeeeeeeeeeew straight into the Atlantic Ocean.

Wow.
