St Patrick's Mental Health Services Release Statement Regarding Al Porter Allegations

St. Patrick's Mental Services has released a statement in response to allegations of 'inappropriate behaviour' made against Al Porter. 

A former patient at St. Patrick's, which is based at St James' Hospital, made claims against the Irish comedian which were reported on in a Sunday newspaper today. 

Responding to the allegations, a spokesperson for the hospital said: "St Patrick’s Mental Health Services applies the highest standards of supervision to all activities involving service users.

"No allegations, complaints or concerns have been made to St Patrick’s Mental Health Services by service users or staff in relation to these matters, and the organisation has only been made aware of the allegations regarding Mr. Al Porter this morning through a Sunday newspaper."
