The annual two-week long Cycle Against Suicide kicks off in Ireland today.
They’ve one main message — that “it’s ok not to feel ok, and it’s absolutely ok to ask for help“.
One which everyone can agree with.

They’re working to break the stigma surrounding mental health in Ireland and starting a well-needed conversation — it’s time to “break the cycle of suicide“.
Today’s journey is from Swords to Dundalk. On Monday they’ll go from there to Castlewellan and then onto Belfast on Tuesday and so on, so on before arriving back in Dublin on May 6.
