The Late Late Show has just pulled a guest for this week’s Friday evening slot due to a startling Tinder controversy.
All Ireland winning GAA star Cathal McCarron was set to appear on the RTÉ show, and chat to Ryan Tubridy about his newly released autobiography, Out Of Control.
The book features details about appearing in gay pornography, racking up gambling debts and his experiences using Tinder while in a relationship.
The interview was cancelled because one of the girls he had met up with through the dating app turned out to be just 15, and her father called the show to complain.
The Kildare man, who cannot be named for legal reasons, said he felt like the GAA star was 'cashing in' on the meeting with his now 16-year old daughter.
It is unsure as of yet who will take his place on the talk show.
