The Reactions On Twitter To The Conor McGregor Incidents Last Night Are Scathing

After Conor McGregor jumped into the ring last night and had a scuffle with the referee people were quick to voice their opinions on Twitter.

While there is normally a 50/50 split on his actions it was noticeable last night that the vast majority of people were harshly condemning the star.

Curious in terms of last two videos I posted how Gardai view Conor McGregor. Classed as a regular member of public, got in ring he isn't allowed in, tried to attack ref, tried to get back in, hit an official, all at a major public event. That's assault, public order offence etc

*Update on Conor McGregor*

The UFC is issuing McGregor with a heavy fine for today's actions; not because he assaulted a referee and a member of the commission but because he didn't wear any Reebok gear into the cage.

Saw a hi-res clip of McGregor/Goddard incident. McGregor’s friend Charlie Ward WINS, McGregor excitedly jumps in cage, celebrates with Ward right away. Goddard tries to clear him out of cage. McGregor takes exception and shoves Goddard. Words exchanged. McGregor escorted out.
