There’s A Huge ‘Lost Luggage Sale’ Taking Place Next Week And It Sounds Absolutely Nuts

Sarah

In what has to be the very first of its kind in Ireland, Paul Cooke Auctions are selling off dozensĀ of unopened suitcases which have not been recovered by airline passengers.

The crazy sale will has been described as “a lot like the TV shows Storage Wars and Storage Hunters, where bidders donā€™t know what they have bought until they have thrown off the covers!”

Would you get lucky with a case full of designer bling, or instead open it up to discover old flannel pjs and a copy of the Bible? Who knows.

If you’re up for a bit of craic and willing to take the risk, the luggage sale is taking place at Paul Cookes Auctions in Naas, Co Kildare on Thursday 3rd August.

P.S. If your suitcase turns out to be a complete letdown they’re also auctioning off iPhone 4s, 5s, 6s and 7s, iPads of all generations, iMacs, cameras, designer handbags and clothes and gold rings.Ā

This is gonna be madness.
