This Is How Long The Average Sex Session Lasts

When it comes to sex, we’re firm believers that it’s all about quality not quantity but if you’ve ever wondered how your horizontal jogging sessions compare to everyone elses, read on.

Online adult store Lovehoney recently surveyed 4,400 customers to find out what the average sex life really looks like.

The company found that 19 minutes was the most common duration for sex – including ten minutes of foreplay.

Over half of those who were interviewed for the research said they were happy with this but 19 per cent of women and 23 per cent of men said they would prefer a longer session.

Take note, people.
