People between the ages of 30 and 39 will be able to register for their Covid-19 vaccinations from next week.
Ministers were told the news at a Cabinet meeting yesterday, during which they also learned that pharmacies will soon begin to assist with the vaccination programme.
250,000-280,000 doses are expected to be administered this week, despite concerns over supply shortages. Ireland expects to receive 17,000 doses of Johnson & Johnson next week, 10,000 the week after and 27,000 the week after that.
Those in the 30 – 39 age category will be able to register next week via this link.
