We're delighted to announce that we are the bearers of good news today as we can officially say that the sunnier weather is sticking around for the weekend.
According to Met Éireann:
''South-Munster will remain fairly cloudy today but otherwise there will be good sunshine again for most parts of the country. Blustery easterly will keep it cool along and near onshore coasts; otherwise highest temperatures of 14 to 17 degrees.''
''It will continue to remain dry for Saturday but it will be a cloudier day for most places, except Ulster where there will tend to be more sunshine. Highest temperatures of 12 to 15 degrees in fresh and blustery easterly winds.''
So, crack out the suncream everyone - you know we all need it...
