This is insane.
Jim Swift has become the first person to paddleboard around the entire coast of Ireland.
He arrived safely back in Tramore yesterday after paddling, using just his arms, on a 1,6ookm journey that took five weeks. The 37-year-old father of two did it to raise money for Waterford Hospice.
Jim left Tramore on June 21 and spent between five and 10 hours a day paddling to complete the journey.
