Here’s How The Weather Is Shaping Up This Bank Holiday Sunday

James Fenton

It looks like it’s a Bank Holiday Sunday for the sofa and the telly if Met Éireann are to be believed.

The weather experts are forecasting a day full of scattered showers with heavy rain at times. “Ah, here”, says you.

Here’s the full outlook according to the Met Éireann website:

‘Some sunny spells today but many areas cloudy with scattered outbreaks of rain, heavy in places.

Maximum temperatures 11 to 15 degrees.

Fresh to strong east to southeast winds, moderating this afternoon, but strong westerly winds will develop in southwestern coastal areas.’

Tomorrow looks a bit better though with sunny spells set to take hold. Yeah, sun. That big yellow thing in the sky. Remember?
