Bulleit Whiskey Competition – New York Promotion Terms and Conditions – Ireland

1.  Bulleit Whiskey competition – New York Promotion (the “Promotion”)

is open to entry (or other participation in) by individuals who reside

in the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland aged 18 years or over

(proof of age may be required) except employees of the Promoter,

their families, employees of any associated companies or agents,

and anyone professionally involved with this Promotion (including

the owners and employees of participating outlets/premises).

2. Entry into this Promotion shall be deemed to be full and

unconditional acceptance by the entrant of these Terms

and Conditions.

3. Failure to adhere to these Terms and Conditions may result in

disqualification from the Promotion and forfeiture of the Prize.

4. The Promotion will run from 10^th November 2017 until 27^th November 2017 (23:59GMT), the (“Promotion Period”). Entries received outside of

the Promotion Period will be invalid.

6. A maximum of one entry per individual will be accepted for entry into the Promotion.

7. The Winner will be chosen at random on 4^th December 2017 from all valid entries received. The judge’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

8. The prize consists of the following for one winner: return economy flights, 4 star accommodation hotel accommodation and $200 spending money (the “Prize”)

9. There is no cash alternative and there is no alternative prize to the stated Prize. The Promoter reserves the right to replace the Prize with an alternative prize of equal or greater value.

10. There will be one (one) winner in total in the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland. Winners will be selected no later than 4^th December 2017. The winner will be notified by phone by 8^th December 2017. The prize must be redeemed by the winner before 8^th June 2018, six months after the winner has been notified.

11. All entrants must ensure that they are contactable after the

closing date by direct message on social media. If the Promoter’s message

is not responded to within 24 hours of being contacted, an alternative

winner may be selected at the Promoter’s discretion.

12. Spending money (other than that stated), hotel mini-bar items,

drinks, meals, taxes, other transfer, other hotel incidentals and

any other expenses not stated in these Terms and Conditions are not

included. In particular, the obtaining and costs of the following items

are the responsibility of the winners and their guest:

i. Passports;

ii. Travel insurance;

iii. Visas & ESTA;

iv. Optional excursions; and

v. Meals and transfers other than those specified in the itinerary,

a copy of which will be provided to the winners at a later date.

Allocation of the Prize will be to the winning individual only. The Prize winner must provide proof of age (ID) upon request from the Promoter.

Prize offered as stated. The prize is non-transferrable.

13. The winners’ names can be found by sending a SAR to Diageo Ireland, St. James Gate, Dublin 8 after 8^th December 2017. No other correspondence will be entered into concerning the result and the Promoter’s decision is final.

14. The winner and their guest may be required to take part in

publicity. All resultant material, including the winner and their guest name, images (in photo

and video) and comments, may be used by the Promoter and/

or the Promoter’s agents at their sole discretion to the fullest extent

and for any purpose, including for the Promoter’s future promotional

and marketing purposes in any manner whatsoever, including print,

broadcast and internet, without further reference and free of charge.

By entering the competition and availing of the Prize, the winner

and their guest consent to being recorded for such purposes.

15. The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw or amend this

Promotion, Prize and or these Terms and Conditions without notice.

16. Neither the Promoter nor any of its associated or affiliated

companies shall be liable to any entrant for any cancellation,

discontinuance or delay affecting this Promotion.

17. The Promoter and their agents accept no responsibility for

difficulties experienced in submitting an entry to the Promotion.

18. The Promoter does not accept any liability for loss or damages

incurred, or responsibility for any claim, as a result of acceptance of

the Prize.

19. An entrant’s personal data will only be held for the purposes of

selecting, contacting and confirming the winner

and will not be used for any other purposes

whatsoever without their prior permission.

20. An entrant’s personal data may be shared with trusted third parties.

21. Entries must not be sent through agents of third parties.

22. These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed

in accordance with the laws of Ireland and subject to the exclusive

jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Ireland.
