If you asked us to describe our perfect evening, there’s a 125% chance that it will involve pasta.

There’s nothing better than sitting down to a comforting bowl of carby goodness but, try as we might, our homemade efforts are never as good as the dishes served up in our favourite Italian restaurant.

Sound familiar? Then this intriguing event in Galway could be right up your street.

The House Of Peroni is hosting The Art Of Pasta at Tribeton next week, which involves a masterclass in making your own pasta from scratch.

Foodies will learn how to make the perfect dough and craft it into three traditional shapes of pasta, guided under the watchful eye of Italian chef Giuseppe Crupi, who will then cook the pasta for you.

Better still, you can sip a few beers while you learn your new skills before tucking into the mouthwatering dish at the end!

The event takes place on Thursday March 9 at 7pm and tickets priced at €40 are on sale now.

To sum up, the ticket includes all the ingredients, the masterclass itself where you will make your own pasta before the feast is then cooked for you by an expert, a complimentary Peroni Nastro Azzurro Piccola on arrival and a choice of one Peroni Nastro Azzurro drink with your meal.
