That said, a new study has shown that the cost of beer in Dublin is not as bad as you think, comparatively speaking.
Shocker, I know. Anything over €5 and you feel like you’ve just got robbed.
Deutsche Bank analysts have collected data from the company’s clients across the globe and come up with some interesting insights that you should definitely bear in mind when planning your next holiday.

The scores were based on the cost of 500ml of beer in a neighbourhood pub in each city.
Dublin ranked the 10th most expensive, which isn’t the worst, with the average beer priced at just over €5.50.
But if you really want to bag yourself a bargain, we suggest you take a trip to Prague in the Czech Republic where you can get your tasty beverage for the incredible price of €1.10.

Johannesburg, South Africa and Lisbon, Portugal are also key places to hit up.
If you have money to burn, why not jet off to Oslo in Norway and fork out just over €8.40 for a cold one with the lads. Singapore and Hong Kong come in closely behind it.
