Last night, Dublin Airport advised passengers flying in or out today that they should check if their flights will still be operating and it has now been confirmed that around 50 journeys to and from the capital have been cancelled.

So far, over 20 flights from Dublin have been cancelled including trips to Munich, London, Abu Dhabi and Amsterdam.

Coming in, meanwhile, flights from London, Manchester and Frankfurt are among those that have been hit.
