Six treehouses in Ireland you can stay in

If you’re looking for a different kind of staycation this year, then you should definitely consider staying in one of these treehouses in Ireland.

As far as novelty stays go, we think this pretty much ticks every box. How many people can say they’ve holidayed in a treehouse?

Here are six in Ireland that you can stay overnight in.

Teapot Lane, Leitrim

Nestled in the woods past a wooden bridge and winding path, you’ll find this gorgeous and fairly spacious treehouse.

Suitable for two people, the inside is kitted out with a beautifully dressed king-sized bed, window seats with lots of cushions, a potbelly stove, a small kitchen area and, most importantly, a wine fridge!

The Birdbox, Donegal

This one looks simply beautiful, complete with decorative lights and colourful interior fittings. It’s quite small yet its smart design makes it a fairly spacious room.

With stairs leading up to a double bed, it’s suitable for two people sharing, or one person who just needs a break from the madness of modern life.
