Hurrah – Avoca To Open ‘Two To Three’ New Stores Across Ireland

YUM – one of our absolute fave places to eat and wander around with interior design envy, Avoca is planning to open two to three more stores and cafes in Ireland within 24 months.

The Irish Independent reports that the organic delight brand could deliver an additional 300 jobs, with its current 12 stores employing 970 people.

Avoca managing director Simon Pratt revealed the exciting extension plans when commenting on the company’s recent accounts.

Mr Pratt said Avoca’s most recent venture in Dunboyne, Co Meath – which has an onsite garden- “is trading very well”.

He said: “We would like to see a limited number of new stores in Ireland. We are also minded to keep that growth sustainable and make sure that each new store maintains the essence of the Avoca brand in terms of its look and feel and the new ideas it contains.”

We’re looking forward to seeing where exactly these new stores will be…
