If you've ever spent some time living away you'll know that you pine for a few home comforts every now and again. But what are the things Irish people miss the most?

Eurosender, a European shipping service has revealed that 61% of Irish students on their Erasmus year miss cheese and onion Tayto more than anything else.

This was followed by 15% of responders who miss Dairy Milk chocolate; 13% who pine for Barry’s tea and only 10% miss their mothers' home cooked meals. The mammies won't like that.

More than 3,200 Irish people take part in Erasmus programmes every year.
