These Three Irish Craft Breweries Have Been Named The Best In The World

Craft beer has never been more popular, with niche breweries popping up all over Ireland in the last few years.

We’re well used to holding our own in the global market when it comes to food and drink, and it seems it’s no different when it comes to craft beer.

Three Irish breweries have been named among the best in the world by the Lonely Planet in its latest book Global Beer Tour.

According to The Irish Independent, Franciscan Well in Cork, Burren Brewery in Co. Clare, and the Galway Bay Brewery are among those who have been selected in 30 countries across the globe.

Great to see some of Ireland’s trailblazers including here – we’ll have to sample a few this weekend to celebrate!
