If you’re planning to head out for dinner this weekend, you could do a lot worse than head down to Aniar on Dominick Street.
Run by JP McMahon, the restaurant is welcoming a brand new chef this weekend in the shape of two Michelin-star cook Nathan Outlaw.
Outlaw is visiting the city as part of McMahon’s Chef Swap initiative, which sees world-famous chefs travel to Galway to create a special menu with Irish ingredients.

According to Independent.ie, Outlaw will be on duty for dinner service on Friday evening and lunch and dinner for Saturday and Sunday – giving locals a chance to sample his signature cuisine.
Given that he specialises in seafood, we reckons diners will be in for a treat…
