Brought to you by Bord Bia Organics
Kombucha producers, a Co. Clare smokehouse and a bakery in Co. Leitrim are just some of the nominees in with a shot of winning big.
Our little island is home to an incredible food and drinks scene, and, at the heart of it are the innovative movers and shakers who champion all things organic.
To recognise the extraordinary contribution of these producers, Bord Bia hosts the National Organic Awards every two years in association with the Department of Agriculture, Food and the Marine. Organic food and drink producers are judged by a panel of experts across seven key categories, and we can now share the details of the 2024 nominees.
Ahead of the awards ceremony, which takes place on Thursday, October 17th 2024 in the Bord Bia Global Hub in Dublin, we’ve got the breakdown of the full list of awards, plus the food and drink producers who are nominated.
We are also looking forward to finding out who will be crowned Organic Sector Champion 2024, a new award which will acknowledge and celebrate the contribution and impact to made by an individual to the Irish Organic sector
