Cork cinema to air special screening of ‘The Greatest Showman’ for one week only

Sarah Finnan

Cork fans of The Greatest Showman are in for a treat this Christmas.

“Right here, right now I put the offer out. I don’t want to chase you down; I know you see it”.

Oh, I see it alright, and I am in.

Those down south will have the chance to see the magic of The Greatest Showman on the big screen once again.

Omniplex Mahon Point will be showing the much-loved flick as part of their #BringItBack movie season.

Coming back due to popular demand, the film loosely based on the life of circus impresario PT Barnum will light up the big screen for one week only.

Throughout the show Barnum and his band of merry men (and women) bring all the colour and action characteristic of a trip to the circus, delighting with some of the most iconic musical hits of recent years.

Running from Friday, November 29th until Thursday, December 5th, there will be two screenings of the film a day. One is never enough.

Tickets are on sale now but given the movie’s insane popularity they won’t be around for long so nab yours while you can.
