Authentic bubble tea, right in the heart of Cork.

The world’s biggest tea house franchise opened its first Irish store in Blanchardstown, Dublin back in April. With over 2,500 retail outlets globally, Chatime are kind of a big deal, serving up some of the most authentic Taiwanese bubble tea around. The business was founded in 2005, and has branches in the United States, Mexico, Taiwan, Korea, Australia, Canada, and many more countries around the world.

Now they’re set to open their second Irish branch, this time in Cork city.

The new Chatime shop is set to open on Oliver Plunkett Street, making their authentic bubble tea available to the people of Cork. No word yet on a launch day, but in their Instagram announcement they did say it was “coming soon“.

Keep an eye on their socials for news on their upcoming opening. Chatime had tons of offers when their Dublin store opened; there just might be some more for the Cork branch.
