Lab 82, a coffee and espresso bar in Cork, is serving up some of the most terrifyingly festive pancakes I think I’ve ever seen.
Aptly dubbed the ‘Grave Digger’, they’re described as “spook-tacular American pancakes covered in blood-curdling white chocolate sauce topped with deadly strawberry ice-cream”.
