The grand stretch in the evenings is gradually getting longer as we come into summer. And with longer days come even prettier sunsets.

Us Irish adore sunsets. We love them so much that we have a saying based upon them which allows us to forecast the weather for the next day; red sky at night, shepherd's delight.
