"Wholegreen has been my 3rd child, to open a plant based cafe in the North West and to have it thrive is something that I'm so unbelievably proud of, the fact that our food became to norm for so many people, vegans, veggies, people with allergies but mainly believe it or not meat eaters, just makes me smile every time I think on it."But all is possibly not lost for the Letterkenny café. Anna acknowledges what a loss it will be to those who already struggle to eat out due to dietary requirements. Therefore she's actively encouraging anyone who's looking to take over the Wholegreen siopa business to get in touch with her, especially "if anyone fancies the challenge of feeding Letterkenny." If not their last day of trade will be the 10th September. Header image via Instagram/wholegreen.ie READ ON: Michelin-starred restaurant Loam to close in Galway for the winter
