It's the most wonderful time of the year.

Bank holiday season has arrived, and with it comes less responsibility and more cries of 'yolo', whether we like it or not.

Here are five Airbnbs that would be perfect for a bank holiday getaway.

19th Century restored granite church, Wicklow

Airbnb 123

This place sleeps 8 so it's perfect for a group of friends. At €240 per night which would make it €30 per person, it's a steal. What are you waiting for?

Boat house on the beach, Kerry

Boat House Kerry

This 250 year old natural stone building is on Valentia beach off the coast of Kerry.

For only €130 per night, you and seven friends can explore Glanleam Estate and all its amenities.

It consists of 40 acres of sub-tropical gardens, heritage woodlands, an ancient healing energy point, heaps of animals, a fairy village, a pirate trek and a walk along the rugged coast out to the light house

I repeat, a pirate trek.

Inishconnell House, Cavan

Inisconnell House Cavan

There's no denying it, this house is mahoosive.

What's even better is it sleeps 8 and costs only €130 squids. That's less than €20 a night.

The house also over looks Lough Oughter and is surrounded by 30 acres of woodland.

This might just be the bargain of the century.

The Round Chalet, Wexford

Round Chalet Wexford

The round chalet is ideal for a peaceful getaway. It is right beside the host's house but it's only €35 per night and sleeps 4 people.

Plus you get the bonus of their two friendly dogs, two cats and 10 chickens.

300 year old Mill, Co. Kilkenny

Portnascully Mill Kilkenny

Located just 15 minutes from Waterford City, this renovated mill would be perfect for exploring the sunny south east as well as the marble city.

It is also very close to Poulanassy Waterfall, if you're brave enough for an early summer dip.

Accommodating up to 7 people for €110 per night. Pretty sweet.

We doubt these will be available for much longer.
