Late Late show line-up

Dermot Kennedy and Tadgh Fleming will both make an appearance on the Late Late tonight.

The Late Late returns this evening, for its seventh successive week without a live studio audience. Ryan Tubridy has resumed hosting duties after making a full recovery from Covid-19, and he’ll be joined by several high profile guests tonight including Dermot Kennedy and Tadgh Fleming.

The Irish singer will appear live in-studio performing a number of his songs and speaking to Ryan about the great work of Brother Kevin’s Capuchin Day Centre in Dublin. It was also announced earlier this week that Sinn Fein leader, Mary Lou McDonald, will be joining this week’s line-up. Ryan revealed the news on his RTE Radio One show, saying that the two will talk us through their experiences of testing positive for Covid-19, discussing February’s General Election as well.

Orla Tinsely will speak to Ryan via video call from her home in New York. A writer and campaigner she’s also an outspoken advocate for Cystic Fibrosis and will fill us in on how she’s coping with the pandemic and the extra precautions Cystic Fibrosis sufferers need to take.

Andrew Scott of Fleabag and Sherlock fame joins the line-up from London while TV presenter and comedian Patrick Kielty will also make an appearance. Not forgetting Tadgh Fleming, who shot to fame after a video of his father trying to capture a rogue bat in the family kitchen went viral a couple of years back. No mention of Matt Damon though Ryan insists he’s keeping the chair warm for him.
