For anyone in need of even more Diana content, this musical is landing on Netflix next month

Fiona Frawley

Over the past few months, the Princess Di content has been coming at us from all angles.

While we were busy attempting to recreate Emma Corrin’s quintessential ~Diana side smile~ in the mirror, Kristen Stewart was behind the scenes working on her soft spoken lilt for pending biopic Spencer. But what about the Diana fans who like a song and a dance? Has anyone considered them?

The answer is yes. Diana: The Musical lands on Netflix on the 1st of October. The “dazzling and devastating” show was filmed ahead of its official Broadway opening and based on the trailer alone, looks like a Diana stans dream. The wig is impeccably accurate, and they’ve nailed all of her most beloved looks – even the iconic black velvet and pearl number she wore for her debut as a newly single lady. You know the one.

Musicals always bring on the tears more than their non singing, non dancing counterparts (it’s just a fact) so if you’ve been looking for a good old fashioned cry, put this on your list. In the meantime, please enjoy Emma Corrin’s Emmys look. It’s giving Handmaids Tale with a side of the plastic witch fingers from Halloween costumes of our youth.

What do you reckon, have you had enough of the Diana content? Or will you be playing the musical score on repeat during your morning commute? We’re honestly expecting a blogger trend of the feathered shag haircut at this rate. Calling it now.
