Gardaí are appealing for the public's help in locating a mischievous Christmas elf called Dazzler who has been wreaking havoc across Dublin. Last spotted up at Kilmainham Garda station, he apparently "disappeared without a trace" soon after and no one has seen him since.
Sharing a number of photos of the sneaky little guy across their social media platforms, gardaí are hoping that some eagle-eyed citizen will spot him in the coming days so keep your eyes peeled.
"Dazzler the Garda Elf turned up at Kilmainham Garda Station earlier this morning and had great fun causing mischief around the cells with Roxy and at the check in desk. But soon after he disappeared without a trace. We need your help to #FindDazzler before Christmas Day..
"Dazzler is 4” tall with brown hair, pointy ears and rosy red cheeks. When last seen he was wearing a black top and pointy hat with black and white striped bottoms. He likes to get up to mischief."

Encouraging people to keep up to date with the search, authorities seem confident that they'll have new leads by early tomorrow morning.
