RTÉ yesterday announced and unveiled Ireland's entry for Eurovision 2017 in Kyiv.

Brendan Murray, formerly of HomeTown, will represent Ireland with Dying To Try, a song co-written by Swedish songwriter Jörgen Elofsson and British songwriter James Newman.
