Joining Ryan on the show this week is former One Direction star Niall Horan and comedian Deirdre O’Kane.
The weekend is within touching distance and though we don’t necessarily have anything special planned, it’s still nice to have two days off to look forward to. Announcing the lineup for tomorrow night’s Late Late show, this weeks ep will see Ryan joined by a host of different guests.
Including everyone’s favourite Mullingar man, Niall Horan who will speak about the challenges facing the music industry during these challenging times – a cause he’s “incredibly passionate” about and one he’s been very vocal about thus far.
Previously speaking out about the impact the pandemic has had on the live events industry over on his Instagram, the singer is also due to perform a special live stream gig later this month with all proceeds from the performance being shared between his touring crew and the ‘we need crew’ relief fund.
Comedian Deirdre O’Kane will also pop on for a chat, discussing much the same issues and how they have had a similar effect on the comedy industry.
This week’s show will also shine a spotlight on Irish businesses, giving local traders the chance to showcase their goods in an effort to encourage people to support homegrown talent this festive season. According to RTÉ: “the spirit of Irish entrepreneurship will be well and truly on display”.
Other guests to look out for on Friday night’s show include Anna Geary, Diarmuid Gavin, Kevin Dundon and singer-songwriter Róisín Murphy.
