These Are The Eight Movies That Have Been Nominated For The Best Picture Oscar

The wait is over and the 2019 Academy Award nominations have been announced.

Following its win at the Golden Globes, Freddie Mercury biopic Bohemian Rhapsody has been included on the list for Best Picture and it’s joined by another music-themed movie in A Star Is Born.

Both films will have to beat off competition from Black Panther, BlackkKlansman, Green Book, Roma, The Favourite and Vice.

Currently, Alfonso Cuarón-directed Roma (which is available to watch on Netflix) is favourite with the bookmakers to take home the prize, followed by A Star Is Born and Green Book.
