The highly-anticipated John Lewis Christmas ad finally landed on our screens last week and it went down incredibly well.
The emotional ad called The Boy and the Piano stars Elton John and follows key moments in his life, from when he was a young boy at his school talent show, to playing stadium shows in the present day.
But it looks like it could have some serious competition now.
McDonald’s has released their own festive ad starring Santa and his reindeer that fans are calling the best one yet.
The ad shows Santa going from house to house delivering presents with his reindeer without getting any treats for them.
That’s when he decides to make a pitstop at McDonald’s to pick up some bags of carrots for them to snack on.
It then finishes by encouraging viewers to stock up on their own ‘reindeer treats’ and asking, ‘Are you #ReindeerReady?’
It’s gone down a storm on social media, with people calling it “the best Christmas advert this year by far”.

It's not the first festive ad to gain positive attention from the public this year - the Iceland ad that was banned for being "too political" was also praised for highlighting the negative impact palm oil has on the rainforest.
