The Instagram detectives may have jumped to conclusions on this Love Island theory.
It's been almost a week since rumours began circulating that an Irish social media personality was on her way into the Love Island villa.
Dubliner Saffron Thompson was said to be en route to South Africa to join the cast of Love Island's winter series and a photograph posted on her Instagram earlier this week did nothing to dispel the speculation.
Saffron was pictured standing in a hotel lobby that Insta sleuths discovered was in Cape Town, where the reality dating show is being filmed.
But while the rumour mill went into overdrive, Saffron has always maintained that she's simply on holiday and will not be looking for love in the villa.
Nope I wish just on holidays ❤️ https://t.co/N63mYChcml

Saffron has been responding to her followers on Twitter in recent days to hammer home the point that she's not in lockdown ahead of a grand villa entrance.
And she has now made it very clear that she wants the rumours to end so that she can enjoy her holiday.
"I can confirm I am not going into Love Island," Saffron told Goss.ie.
"It would be great if everyone stopped the rumours as I’m being attacked."
