Cynics will write it off as an attempt to stay on the reality TV show but Love Island believers will be delighted that Shaughna and Luke M might actually become a thing.
Laura Whitmore may have some psychic abilities because last weekend, she came out with a hopeful tweet regarding a potential recoupling that would see Shaughna and Luke M get together.

Two of the more popular islanders in the villa, neither Shaughna nor Luke M has had much luck when it comes to finding love.
Shaughna has not fully recovered after being spurned by Callum following his trip to Casa Amor while Luke M continues to struggle to find a partner who will stick with him.
Shaughna went on a date with Love Island's newest member, Jamie Clayton, on Tuesday night's episode but in a teaser for Wednesday's show, she has surprisingly revealed that she has just realised she might have feelings for Luke M.
"Do you know who I do get along with? Luke M!" Shaughna says while talking to fellow islander, Mike Boateng.

While she played coy upon further questioning from Mike, she opened up a bit more when speaking in the beach hut later that day.
She said: "I think since Jamie has come into the villa and been chatting to me and what not, it’s made me realise some things. I think I might have some feelings for Luke M."
