PIC: This Little Girl’s Letter To An Irish Homeless Charity Is Truly Heartwarming

AmyBell

During Hurricane Ophelia, the community really pitched together to help those in need.

The Peter McVerry Trust, a charity that aims to reduce homelessness in Ireland, were praised for their tireless work across Dublin during the storm.

Some of their work included having mini buses search the streets of Dublin to help bring homeless people to emergency beds and shelters.

The charity received a letter from a 7-year-old girl called Megan yesterday and posted the adorable letter and drawing to their Twitter page.

Have a look:

The letter reads:

“Thank you for taking care of the homeless people at the hurricane Ophelia. Because I get really sad about them because they have no money and food and a home. At the hurricane I felt very helpless! I am 7 years old my name is Megan.

Megan also included a very cute drawing to show her thanks along with an ‘I love you’.

From the mouths of babes.
