Here’s What Your Colleagues Are ACTUALLY Focusing On In Work This Week

If you’re feeling as if you don’t give an absolute shite in the office this week then don’t worry – you’re not the only one. 

The Huffington Post reported that survey has found that yesterday the 18th December was officially the day that 57% of employees admit to knocking off mentally in work as Christmas dawns every closer.

As we all start to get ready for the big day (only six days away woohoo!), here’s what your colleagues are actually doing in work this week.

Two in five (42%) confess to clocking off to Christmas shop online.

One third (35%) say they’re planning Christmas day.

Almost one in three (30%) plan their Christmas break.

One in six (16%) will indulge in a festive tipple on the job.

Almost one in five (17%) will leave work earlier than usual.

One in 10 (12%) will take a longer lunch.

And a small percentage (4%) confess to calling in sick.

As for why people are dossing? 21% say they’re too excited. 

We don’t blame them.
