Whenever I'm booking a trip away, this always comes into consideration.
This year, I'm spending time to get to know my own country and I urge you to join me on this journey. How many people do you know that have travelled and seen the world but they've not given the time to explore their home?
This seems crazy to me.
So here's my best shot at giving you some internal travel inspo...
This week we're heading to the sunny (not so sunny atm) South East.
If there was ever a place that looked like the most tranquil and refreshing of all, this is it.
This is ideal for a peaceful break away by the coastline. You'll fall asleep listening to the waves and wake up looking out to the stunning Irish Sea. The scenic views around the lighthouse provide a perfect backdrop for a unique and unforgettable break.

If you want to take a step away from the hustle and bustle of life, curl up in a quiet venue with no disturbances - feeling completely disconnected from the outside world, this seems like the perfect place.
