Sad news for anyone who spends their time teeing off at The Heritage.

After nearly two years in business, Seve’s Restaurant of luxury Laois golf resort The Heritage, has made the difficult decision to close. They took to Instagram to share the news with their loyal customers, stating:

“After a very challenging year with many hurdles to overcome, we have taken the decision to close Seve’s Bar & Restaurant. We have so many happy memories during our time in The Heritage Golf Resort, Killenard. The people we have met have been amazing, including our loyal customers, suppliers, local businesses, Laois visitors, and our incredible team (past and present)!”

This will come as sad news for those who frequent the golf resort, and who have come to love Seve’s food and coffee offering.

They took the time to thank everyone for their support over the last 21 months, saying,

“Sincere gratitude goes out to everyone who has been part of Seve’s story for the past year and nine months. We are very sad to say goodbye, and thank you all for the beautiful memories.”

Seve’s originally opened at The Heritage Golf Resort in April 2021, with a small offering of coffee and toasties. As the weeks went by they expanded into a full restaurant, opening for indoor dining in July 2021.
