“Watch this space.”
JP McMahon, chef and restauranteur, took to Twitter to announce the news about the future of Aniar.
The Galway based restaurant has had a Michelin star since 2012, praised for its “back-to-nature” ethos, championing of ingredients from Ireland’s Atlantic Coast, clever cooking which blends traditional and modern techniques, and delicate, well-balanced dishes.
McMahon revealed that Aniar 2.0 is officially on the way, and that the restaurant is set to get a whole new look.
The journey has begun @aniargalway Aniar 2.0 is on the way. Watch this space. In January, Aniar will close for a month of renovations, and when they reopen they will have an entirely new restaurant space, designed by Marmar Architects, and a new kitchen designed by Catering Innovation Agency.
Keep an eye on their socials for updates on the relaunch of Aniar – if their current space is anything to go off, we’re sure it will be nothing short of impressive.
