Fancy a bit of fine dining at the Bray seafront?
It’s all happening in Bray at the moment. The Palm, Bray’s newest bar launched only yesterday, and there’s a BBQ beach festival coming to the seafront as well in July. NINE Bray opened in March 2022 and just three months later they’re hosting their first ever Supper Club. On the 25th June, chef Mark Doran will cook up a delicious six course tasting menu.

The Supper Club starts with sourdough topped with smoked tomato butter and black pepper, then moves onto tempura courgette flower with charred peach purée, whipped goats curd, and kombu. Up next is pork neck yaikon, then BBQ octopus, and then smoked beef picanha. There’s a dessert course of strawberry, pistachio, and caramel brigadeiro, as well as a cheese course with manchego, quince, St. Tola goat, and durrus, accompanied by Swedish crispbread.
NINE Bray will host two separate Supper Club sittings on the 25th, one at 5:30pm and one at 8pm.
There are only 24 tickets per sitting, so if this sounds like a bit of you make sure you book yourself in ASAP. Tickets cost €49pp and the menu ideally suits groups of two or four people. You can book your tickets for the NINE Bray Supper Club through this link HERE.
And who knows, if they’re popular, there may be future Supper Clubs to look forward to.
